Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and managing the purchase ledger
- Posting accounting adjustments (prepayments, accruals)
- Daily bank reconciliations and credit card bookkeeping
- Preparing sales invoices and supporting credit control
- Assisting with cashflow forecasting, management accounts, and audit prep
- Supporting general finance admin and shared inbox management
