This full-time role involves providing individual support to a child with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom setting.

About the Role:

• Support a pupil on a 121 basis within a mainstream primary class.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
• Foster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Engage the child in both academic and social activities throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a 121 Teaching Assistant, particularly within a primary school setting.
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and communication.
• Ability to follow structured plans and adapt support where needed.
• Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
