Join Our Client’s Growing Team as a Customer Service & Engineer Scheduling Coordinator!
SW London-based | Hybrid Options | Circa £28,000

Our client is a small but ambitious company based in SW London and are on the lookout for a Customer Service & Engineer Scheduling Coordinator to become the heartbeat of their aftersales operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, warranty checks, and service requests
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for our engineers across the UK
  • Keep customers informed every step of the way with clear, friendly communication
  • Order and track spare parts, manage stock levels, and liaise with our 3PL warehouse in Enfield
  • Maintain accurate records of parts, stock, and job progress
  • Work closely with our technical CEO to master our systems, suppliers, and unique business quirks

What They’re Looking For:

  • Super-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or logistics is a big plus
  • Comfortable using CRMs, stock systems, or diary management tools
  • A proactive team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
  • Driving licence preferred (but not essential)
  • Bonus points for any second languages!
