Real Estate Litigation Solcitor

Real Estate Litigation Associate (1-4 PQE) | £60,000-£66,000 | Hybrid (2 days in office)

We’re working with a leading UK law firm looking to grow their highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team with the appointment of an ambitious Associate (1-4 PQE). This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded litigator to join a collaborative and client-focused team.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for:

• Advising clients on a broad range of property litigation matters to a high standard of technical competence
• Managing your own caseload and assisting on larger, more complex disputes
• Supporting the resolution of cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
• Providing support to related areas such as professional indemnity where relevant
• Helping to maintain and grow client relationships alongside senior team members
• Meeting annual billing and time recording targets
• Delivering first-class client service across all workstreams

The Package:

• Salary: £60,000-£66,000 (depending on experience)
• Bonus scheme
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
• Pension: 4% employee / 5% employer contribution
