FLT Counterbalance Driver

Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver – Dukinfield

Location: Dukinfield, Greater Manchester Hours: Between 6:00am and 10:30pm, 8.5 hours per day (includes ½ hour unpaid break) Week One: Dayshift schedule Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: Aligned with our double day shift production rate Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely off-load and load wagons using Counter Balance FLT
• Perform yard and warehouse cleaning tasks, including general site upkeep
• Act as a runner for the Logistics Manager
• Put stock away, retrieve stock, and move stock internally
• Sort waste into designated board and wood skips at rear of site

Requirements:

• Valid Counter Balance FLT licence
• Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks
• Computer literate for basic warehouse systems and reporting
