Front Of House Staff

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Assistant to join the team at our leisure centre in Chelmsford, operated by Northumbrian Water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving customers with a smile
• Running and serving food to tables
• Assisting with basic food preparation
• Pot washing and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication and customer service skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable
• Willingness to help out wherever needed in a busy café environment
• Reliable and punctual
