Your Role:
- Allocate and schedule appointments for gas repairs based on operatives’ skills, location, and availability
- Monitor and manage job scheduling systems, ensuring efficiency and real-time updates
- Handle rescheduling of work to meet programme timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Validate job data and maintain up-to-date records on internal systems
- Act as a key contact for customers and clients, providing updates and resolving queries
- Deliver an efficient response to operational challenges while meeting contract-specific targets
- Support engineers and supervisors to achieve optimal service levels
What We Need from You:
- A good standard of education
- Previous experience in a call-handling or scheduling role
- Ability to operate and manage computerised database/job management systems
- Solid understanding of office processes and scheduling software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Analytical mindset and adaptability to manage change
