Role: Training Performance Manager

Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Company Car

Location: Epsom HQ (3 days/week) + UK travel (1 – 2 days every other week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Champion ‘best in class’ training standards across teams
• Analyse performance data to spot gaps and drive action
• Oversee training schedules and national rollouts
• Lead cross-functional improvement and transformation projects
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a commercial, high-speed environment
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
• Data-savvy and results-oriented
• Highly organised and self-directed
• Comfortable behind the wheel – you’ll be on the road regularly (car provided)

Travel & Location Details

• HQ: Epsom – on-site 3 days/week
• UK Travel: 1 – 2 days every other week
• Travel Mode: Company car provided – must be able to travel by car
