  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where needed – your experience makes a difference here.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background in corporate or large commercial account handling.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable attending meetings and dealing directly with clients.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and supporting wider success.
  • Ideally experience using Acturis.

What’s on Offer:

  • £45,000 – £55,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • Funding and support for CII qualifications, including a dedicated internal training platform.
  • Flexible hybrid working – enjoy the balance of office time and working from home.
  • A medium sized team and a director who invests in talent and career progression.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

  • Regular socials including BBQs, team lunches, and other events that bring people together.
  • A workplace where your ideas are heard, and your progression is actively encouraged.
