?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting fund switches, client withdrawals, and portfolio updates using the SEI investment platform
• Working hand-in-hand with paraplanners and financial advisers to ensure client reviews and updates are seamless and precise
• Managing the annual review process with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Using technology and internal systems to deliver exceptional service and maintain portfolio integrity

�? What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in wealth management or financial planning administration
• Solid knowledge of investments, protection, and pensions
• Strong systems skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication
• Candidates already progressing through their RO exams and working toward Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning will be viewed favourably
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
