Day-to-day of the role:
- Teach Level 4 & 5 modules in hospitality management, customer service, events, and operations.
- Incorporate industry insights into the classroom to inspire and engage students.
- Design practical assessments and deliver student-centred lessons.
- Provide one-on-one academic and pastoral support to students.
- Collaborate on curriculum development and programme improvements to enhance educational outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or significant industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in UK higher education (Level 4-5).
- Strong, current links to the hospitality industry.
- A practical, employability-focused teaching style.
- Desirable: HEA Fellowship, PGCert, or active professional practice.
