Responsibilities

• Delivering one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
• Assisting in adapting lessons and materials to ensure inclusive access
• Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour
• Encouraging independence, life skills, and social interaction
• Engaging in enrichment activities and personal development sessions
• Contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• 6 to 12 months of experience in a UK School setting, preferably SEN
• Understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and related conditions
• A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting children
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
