Salary: £29,500 per annum (£17.07 per hour)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts – 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 on / 6 off
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role
As a Skilled Machine Operative, you’ll be a key part of our production team, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and production lines. Your role will involve:

• Operating & maintaining production equipment
• Supporting the shift team & following SOPs
• Ensuring quality & efficiency in manufacturing
