Your responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Take full ownership of daily store operations, ensuring an outstanding customer journey
• Inspire and lead your team by example to create a welcoming and luxury retail environment
• Handle key HR responsibilities such as recruitment, training, development, and payroll
• Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, feedback, and motivation
• Monitor sales trends and stock performance to maximise results and profitability
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with brand and health & safety standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Store Managerin a premium/luxury retail environment is preferred
• A background in jewellery or accessorieswould be an advantage!
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience in new store openings is highly desirable
