Key Responsibilities:
- Providing service excellence and motivating the team in achieving sales targets.
- Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with the team and clients.
- Analyse individual KPIs to support the sales team in order to achieve the objectives set.
Requirements:
- Strong luxury management background in a department store.
- Have an authentic approach to clientelling and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Experience attending fashion shows.
