Machine Operator – Rotating Shifts (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bury
Pay: £12.52 per hour (Training rate £12.21)
Shifts: Rotating Weekly – 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm

What to Expect:
- You’ll begin on a day shift for training purposes
- Once trained, you’ll move onto a weekly rotating shift pattern (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)
- This is a temp-to-perm role with a clear path to a permanent contract
- A clean, supportive, and stable working environment
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or diagrams for product specs
- Comfortable with manual handling and moving finished products
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Willingness to work both shift patterns – flexibility is essential
