The Opportunity:

An established and highly respected independent agency in Kentish Town is looking for a confident, organised, and experienced Property Management Lead.

This is more than just a day-to-day management role — you’ll be the figurehead for a growing portfolio, helping to shape processes, uphold high standards, and contribute directly to the business’s continued success. With growth targets in place, your contribution will be recognised and rewarded through a portfolio bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of a well-maintained lettings portfolio
• Lead on compliance, maintenance, and tenant communications
• Maintain strong landlord relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate with lettings, renewals, and accounts to ensure seamless service
• Mentor junior team members and instil operational best practices
• Oversee onboarding of new properties and contribute to team growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• ARLA-qualified and passionate about professional property management
• Track record managing a residential lettings portfolio with minimal supervision
• Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
