The Opportunity
You’ll be the powerhouse behind our clients HR systems (HRIS, LMS, Reward platforms), ensuring seamless operations, data accuracy, and policy compliance. You’ll bridge HR strategy with smart technology — making people processes faster, smarter, and more human.
What you’ll do:
* Own and evolve the HR systems
* Lead HR data integrity and reporting that drives smart decisions
* Improve processes, solve problems, and support system users
* Lead, support and develop a small admin team (2 direct reports)
* Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR admin functions
* Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Line Managers, Finance, IT, and more
