Location: London (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

About the Role:As a Financial Planning Administrator you will play a vital supporting role within the private client and financial planning team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client queries, processing new business applications, preparing meeting documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, build strong relationships with clients and external providers, and contribute to the smooth operation of the firm’s administrative functions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a financial services administrative role

Familiarity with client relationship management software (e.g., Iress X Plan or similar)

Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

High integrity and confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
