Full job description

Looking for your next move after qualifying?

Sangfroid Group is a fast-growing international business delivering specialist risk management, defence and security services to governments and commercial organisations around the world.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team, working directly with the Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or someone with up to three years’ post-qualified experience who wants exposure far beyond a traditional month-end reporting role.

As our business continues to grow internationally, you’ll play a key role in producing financial reporting across multiple legal entities, supporting commercial decision-making and helping shape the finance function for the future.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing monthly management accounts across multiple group entities
  • Managing month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
  • Providing financial analysis to operational and commercial teams
  • Working with overseas entities and international stakeholders
  • Supporting statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance systems and processes

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
  • Newly qualified to around three years’ PQE
  • Strong management accounting and month-end experience
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • A proactive, commercially curious approach
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders across the business
  • The ambition to grow within a fast-paced international organisation

Why join Sangfroid?

You’ll be joining a growing business where finance is a genuine business partner rather than simply a reporting function.

We offer:

  • The role is predominantly office based with the opportunity to work from home, typically 1-2 days a week.
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Additional day of leave for your birthday
  • Discretionary annual profit share bonus
  • Company pension
  • Private Healthcare (cover includes spouses and dependants)
  • Life insurance
  • Company wellness programme
  • Free on-site parking

If you’re looking for a role where you can develop quickly, broaden your experience and become part of an ambitious, growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
