Description

• Provide guidance on VAT related matters to clients and colleagues.
• Help manage the VAT compliance process within the company.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and related documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with changes in VAT regulations and their implications.
• Support the tax team in other related duties as required.
• Participate in internal and external training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s VAT strategy.

Profile

A successful VAT Associate should have:

• A thorough understanding of VAT regulations and compliance
• Part qualified/qualified Tax or Accounting professional
• Experience working with Partial Exemption Special Method (PESM)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A detail-oriented approach with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism.
• A good understanding of the financial services sector.
