Role Summary:
This part-time opportunity offers a perfect balance for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to manage a high-quality caseload while working 25-30 hours per week. You’ll have the autonomy to run files with minimal supervision, plus the support of a collaborative team and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, Help to Buy, and shared ownership: giving you variety and client contact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local residential property developers: helping support business development
- Supervise and support junior team members: contributing to the growth of the wider department
- Monitor billing, WIP, and time recording to meet agreed financial targets: helping drive team performance
- Maintain SRA compliance and ongoing CQS training: ensuring quality and best practice across all files
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong track record in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing a new build caseload independently
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver excellent client service
- Comfortable engaging with property developers and referral partners
