We’re supporting a rapidly growing brand in the e-commerce space to hire a Social Media Specialist who can lead on content creation, real-time engagement, and digital brand-building. This is a hands-on, senior-level opportunity for someone who knows how to craft content that converts, responds quickly to live events, and builds long-term brand loyalty across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all social media channels – TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
• Create engaging, platform-specific content that reflects the brand’s tone and identity
• Respond in real time to key sporting moments and events
• Drive growth in brand visibility, engagement, and community size
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns, and creative strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience
• Proven ability to deliver creative campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of brand voice, engagement metrics, and platform trends
• Comfortable working to pace and adapting content based on live events
• A genuine passion for digital storytelling
• Ability to work on-site or in a hybrid setup from the Worcestershire-based HQ
• Media/Sports enthusiasts (advantageous)
